Impossible . Racism will not end by 2040 or 2080 , it will end when racists like the dinosaurs all finally die off . Good luck with that . I hate to use a cliche , but you can’t legislate morality . You can make laws , but people are real good at violating the spirit of the laws .

Its wishful thinking. Racism isn’t going to die off in our lifetimes, or those of our children or their children most likely. I have a feeling the problem won’t be as bad by 2040, But its far too intrenched in our society to be eliminated within less than a half a century from now or even a century from now. Maybe by 2340 by none of us will be around to see that.

Its probably going to be even harder than you think, since some racists are going to inevitably have children and raise those children to be racists as well.
