The tea party hates South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, and the feeling is mutual. It attacked the Republican lawmaker mercilessly during his Senate reelection campaign in 2014, but Graham held his seat with 55 percent of the vote. “Kicking the crap out of the tea party is the most fun Senator Lindsey Graham has ever had,” wrote Molly Ball for The Atlantic last June after interviewing the South Carolina Republican on the eve of his primary election victory, when he faced six no-name challengers, one of them a tea party pick, in his deep red state’s Republican primary.
On June 1, Graham plans to join the crowded GOP 2016 field, according to his preannouncement on Monday. And his soon-to-be presidential campaign raises the question: How will the Graham/tea pary feud continue?
Feel the love! David Ferguson reports.
On Tuesday, Tea Party favorite Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) posted video of far-right Christian pastor Robert Jeffress delivering the opening prayer in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The controversial pastor was reportedly there in Washington at Gohmert’s request.
Jeffress is the head of First Baptist Church, a megachurch located in Dallas. In the past, the outspoken evangelical has called Mormonism a cult, creating waves during Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MA)’s presidential run in 2012.
And off course, we can be certain that Louie Gohmert defends all of this.
Here’s something Hypatia Livingston has posted on Breitbart Unmasked that is hard to believe.
A 21-year-old Massachusetts man who considers himself a “sovereign
citizen” recently tried to get out of a traffic ticket with an unusual
defense — even for a sovereign citizen. Rather than claim that the laws
don’t exist, Christopher Noone claimed that he doesn’t exist,
and therefore no one has the right to fine him for anything. He is
disputing the state’s definition of personhood by claiming he “wasn’t a
person as defined by the commonwealth of Massachusetts, [and
therefore]he wasn’t bound by its laws.”
Someone should tell Christopher Noone that if he’s not a person under the law, he doesn’t have any rights under the law either.
Here’s a pretty good explanation as to what a person is, in case Christopher actually is dense enough not to understand the concept. This a political cartoon criticizing the nonsensical idea of “corporate personhood” Check the left side of the image to see what a person actually is.

Here’s more from Breitbart Unmasked
“I, Christopher Patrick Noone, do not consent to being a person, because I am not according to the legal definition of a person that being a
fiction. I, Christopher Patrick Noone, am a living breathing free man,
not a legal fiction. Nor do I have any contracts or obligations to or
with any legal fictions,” Noone wrote in a motion he presented to the
Um, if you don’t consent to being a person, than you don’t consent to
having rights either. Sorry that’s just the way it is. Does he have
any idea how people have been treated, when they’re not regarded as
People? I’ll point out just a couple of examples, slavery in the
antebellum south, and the Holocaust.
Also as Dave Rogers at The Salem News pointed out,
A check of Noone’s name and date of birth, provided by Noone, showed that there was no license status for him and that he had been charged with unlicensed operation in Monson.
And if you keep reading, you’ll eventually see this,
Later, Noone asked another prosecution witness, Registry of Motor Vehicles employee Patricia Kelly, what requirements were necessary to obtain a driver’s license. When told that a person had to be 16 years of age and provide proof of identification such as a birth certificate or Social Security number, Noone said he had none of those documents.
“So, you have no evidence I am a person,” Noone said, adding that according to his beliefs, a person is a corporation as far as the commonwealth is concerned.
Trepanier was recalled to the witness stand, where he told prosecutor Nathaniel Sears that Noone told him his full name and his date of birth. Noone quickly objected, saying he did no such thing.
“I don’t have a date of birth,” Noone said.
Hypatia Livingston posted an image of a statue face palming over at Breitbart Unmasked, but it isn’t enough, Christopher Noone deserves an epic face palm compilation for his stupidity!
What an idiot.*

David Koch pic.twitter.com/ZLwa52LR8N
According to Dave Levinthal,
In 2007, when the Charles Koch Foundation considered giving millions of dollars to Florida State University’s economics department, the offer came with strings attached.
First, the curriculum it funded must align with the libertarian, deregulatory economic philosophy of Charles Koch, the billionaire industrialist and Republican political bankroller.
Second, the Charles Koch Foundation would at least partially control which faculty members Florida State University hired.
And third, Bruce Benson, a prominent libertarian economic theorist and Florida State University economics department chairman, must stay on another three years as department chairman—even though he told his wife he’d step down in 2009 after a single three-year term.
The Charles Koch Foundation expressed a willingness to give Florida State an extra $105,000 to keep Benson—a self-described “libertarian anarchist” who asserts that every government function he’s studied “can be, has been, or is being produced better by the private sector”—in place.
So basically the Koch Brothers attempted to bribe Florida State University into teaching their ideology as fact. Unfortunately, it worked for awhile.
Florida State University “willfully and knowingly violated the integrity of FSU by accepting funding meant only to further Koch’s free-market agenda.”
Further down Levinthal also points out,
At Florida State University, Benson noted in a November 2007 memorandum that the Charles Koch Foundation would not just “give us money to hire anyone we want and fund any graduate student that we choose. There are constraints.”
Benson later added in the memo: “Koch cannot tell a university who to hire, but they are going to try to make sure, through contractual terms and monitoring, that people hired are [to] be consistent with ‘donor Intent.’”
Basically they were determined to make sure that economics class was a propaganda outlet for their absolutist free market worldview, where professors wouldn’t teach anything that contradicted it. Obviously the Koch brothers care more about their political agenda than increasing the quality of education, and they don’t seem to care much for academic freedom.
You can read the full story over at the Daily Beast. I for one, am glad this came to light. Even if the university is no longer accepting the bribe money, the simple fact that they ever did, is extremely shameful. Question is, what can be done to prevent the Koch Brothers, or anyone else from being able to do this with other collages in the future?
I am so ashamed of myself for once having any respect for this guy.
It was almost certain that nothing this summer would top the absurdity of the Ku Klux Klan trying to recruit African Americans to its cause through anti-immigrant sentiments.
But then the David Horowitz Freedom Center (DHFC) launched its latest project, “Change the Game.” And similar to the KKK’s campaign, DHFC’s intentions are equal parts ludcrious, perplexing, and bigoted.
“Change the Game” is the group’s attempt to coax the Black community into supporting its brand of far-Right rhetoric. The problem is, David Horowitz, the group’s founder (pictured right), has previously authored and made his racist statements against those he’s now trying to attract.
A deeper look into the project’s website reveals that DHFC plans to use “Hip Hop culture” to promote its conspiracy theories. The site features various articles and videos framing progressive policies as innately racist and responsible for further perpetuating poverty in inner cities. The project’s leaders also attempt to argue that the answer to the destructive policies of the Left is good old fashioned “American Capitalism.”
TREMONTON - A joint investigation between local police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation has led to the arrest of a man they say threatened to bomb several targets, including the Tremonton Police Department in order to instigate an uprising against the government.
John Huggins, 47, was under surveillance by the FBI after an anonymous tip came into local police that he was planning to blow up his Bible study group. Police say they learned that he was allegedly planning to blow up the police department along with several bridges and infrastructure points to prevent assistance from showing up, according to court documents.
Huggins had allegedly targeted two police officers to kill before initiating his plan.
Police say Huggins goal was to get the community to rise up in defiance of the government.
Its been awhile since I took on my favorite punching bag. Bradlee Dean, who’s bigotry, stupidity, insane level of hatred for president Obama, and bizarre views on the left and bestiality I covered in the past, is promoting a new video that’s basically a giant ad for himself. Bradlee Dean is such a “humble” man.
RENO, Nev. — U.S. Bureau of Land Management officials say they agree with a Nevada sheriff’s position that rancher Cliven Bundy must be held accountable for his role in an April standoff between his supporters and the federal agency.
Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie said Bundy crossed the line when he allowed states’ rights supporters, including self-proclaimed militia members, onto his property to aim guns at police.
“If you step over that line, there are consequences to those actions,” Gillespie told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “And I believe they stepped over that line. No doubt about it. They need to be held accountable for it.”
