I don’t think the WH expected so many states to balk at opening their own exchanges, or refuse Fed funding for Medicaid, either. Those 2 factors alone will keep many people from even exploring the opportunity to get cheaper, heavily subsidized, or relatively free, health care coverage for the time being.

Is it any wonder that healthcare.gov is overwhelmed? It will be fixed, though, I have no doubt, and suffer no more “glitches” than any other large organization.
