RINO OTTER. He still has one of the funniest political names out there. Still amazes me that Dick Armey thought he could make fun of Barney Frank’s name using a homophobic slur when the dude’s name is well Dick Armey.

Well to be hones, I think I am the only person around who uses that particular phrase. But I could be wrong.
