People without reliable transportation if polling places are closed, people who don’t have access to a DMV if IDs are required, people who aren’t afforded time off to vote if the election does not have adequate early voting or alternative voting methods, people who can’t wait…

Municipality doesn’t have same day voter registration, people who were recently released from prison, people who have recently moved and can’t update their information in time for stringent voter laws, people who don’t know their proper polling place since that is not advertised
