BTW - even the ones that are answered still lead to more questions.
For example question 2.3 regarding paying for illegal aliens. Even though the answer is no, I doubt this highly. First of all, most of our agencies are prohibited from asking about ones legal residence status. And I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Bottom line is I think they will be paid for, which, with all the other costs will be a back breaker since we will in effect have the potential of paying for the entire world - as long as it can get here.
