Does anyone have a recommendation for a good vehicle GPS system? The reviews at Amazon for the Garmin and TomTom devices are very confusing, with some reviewers giving the product 5 stars (greatest ever!) while others give the same product 1 star (this sucks!)

We had a Garmin that did a great job, now I use the built in GPS on my android phone and love it, gave the Garmin to my step son…… only have to keep track of one device and i can read LGF where ever I am at the time……….standalone GPS units are going the way of the vinyl record
