What the fuck does Rand have against Montenegro? If they want to join, I don’t see why not.I have to say, one thing I do appreciate about Bush’s administration is they did reach out to many former Warsaw Pact nations. I mean I didn’t agree with Poland or Slovakia’s decision to join the Coalition of the Willing but I appreciate that they were seen as allies.
