GOP politician in Oklahoma David Rader refers to Asian-Americans using a racist slur right after a presentation about racism

I suspect that it was totally unintentional. He is probably someone who uses white, black, and brown to refer to people of various races and that may have been the first word that came to his mind when referring to those of Asian ancestry. He was speaking extemporaneously and people make all types of verbal errors there.
