That really adds to my concern that Obama is trying to consolidate too much power in the White House. What with all the czars and special appointees, trying to take the Census away from Commerce, and assorted shenanigans, I find it very worrisome that unelected officials in the Executive Branch may be gaining unconstitutional power that we don’t know enough about.
