I hear Pioneer and Samsung are the leaders in plasma TVs right now, from what I’ve read. But many people tell me that there are just a few companies making the actual screens, that you’re probably going to be okay with nearly any brand. The one I’m looking at is a Samsung PN50A450. At $1,000, it’s a bit off my price-point of $900, but since I can’t go to Puerto Rico this year, I’ll spend the extra $100.

Damn. I might order this thing tomorrow.

Got some looking around to do, first.
