Huffington Post is on top of the Iran news

Check out the woman yelling “beat me” to the security guards face.

Yes, no doubt Huffington’s is featuring a lot of news from Iran. But saying they are on “top” of it is a little bit of stretching the facts. They are linking to a lot of articles, pictures and videos that are readily available on the internet, thanks to brave people in Iran and on the streets.

CNN has been running a complete section dedicated to Iran for days now, and Iran appears on almost every major news site in the world.

And besides, if there mission is to report news, than on “top” would be the correct position for them to be.

What’s amazing is that you would think that this sort of reporting is so special. It seems to me this is the way journalism is suppose to work.
