All their mussel combos are steamed in a mix of beer and herbs. Different beers for different types. And with the monster beer list to go with it. (And I don’t think I have ever ordered an entree’ there. Just gotten a small pot of mussels and a salad/appetizer.)
When we hit other places in Philly, especially Italian or Greek, I’m more likely to veer over into drinking wine with the meal.
