It’s conclusive in that ACORN states that they advocate or influence funding for various and sundry causes, thought the actual dollars don’t flow through their hands.

I think it’s a tad disingenuous to say that they don’t get any funding, though technically they may not. It’s similar to saying “I didn’t buy any drugs” though you brought your friend over to the drug house to buy drugs, then your friend bought the drugs.
