Ear stretching which appears to be a relatively benign practice which begin at a very young age amongst the Hmong people of Thailand. They do it therefore it should be allowed in the USA, right? That would work out well.
Comparing five topless women in a remote village amongst their children does not equal some possibly crazy women possibly exposing her genitalia in front of grade school children. They have their norms, we have our norms. This would be like comparing a mother nursing her baby in public to a topless dance act of sorts. Not the same. None of it.
