And that’s why there needs to be some sort of mental health qualification to own guns. The man has obvious mental health issues; he should not have any access to guns.

You know how you have to go into a state agency and get your driver’s license renewed every 5 years and take an eye test. There should be some kind of a status update for gun owners too.
