I made a 2.5# meatloaf last night. This morning it was down to a nub because we have a tendency to leave a tiny portion, rather than be accused of eating the last. It’s so characteristic of us we call it ‘Smithing’.

We do the same thing. That poor last piece gets lonely and turns green.
