Not to want to be too much of a downer on an otherwise sunny post-Election day, but the BIG cloud which will be shading the political landscape - for the next two years, at least - is going to be the Senate. With Mitch McConnell still running things in the Upper Chamber in what will no doubt be his usual iron-fisted manner. Which (given a Democrat-controlled House) is probably a wash at best regarding the worst of GOP legislation (i.e. all of it) - but Republican control of the Senate is going to mean that they will be able to proceed apace with their longterm project of packing every Federal Court and every government position they can with as dedicated a partisan hack ideologue as their “farm teams” can provide. And now, without (AFAICT) even the minimal margin of a few “moderate” or “maverick” Senators.

Trump may seem out of it (as usual) today - and I really wonder why he’s even bothering with a (rare) personal presser - but somebody who knows what’s what will probably be directing his wandering attention back to his typical path of destruction sooner or later…
