Sherrod lost her job. I don’t think it’s illegal to say nasty things about someone. I’d go after Rush’s money more directly, rather than keeping the lawyers he has on retainer busy. Call more of his advertisers. Get radio stations to drop his show.

I think you are right. The person being defamed has to prove damages.
