I am just still dumbfounded and amazed that Ferguson PD didn’t even file a report about Michael Brown’s death. There’s something deeply wrong with that police department.

Filing an incident report when a police officer uses deadly force is SOP for cops the world over - from the US, to the UK, to Germany, to Japan, to the Czech Republic, to China. Failure to do so typically results in serious disciplinary action. Which tells me something is very wrong at the Ferguson PD.
