WaPo reporting North Korea tried to launch a ballistic missile, but it failed on launch.

NK is really bent out of shape by two defections announced last week. First a high ranking member of the military (lieutenant colonel, I think) defected to the South earlier this year, and then 13 restaurant workers in China defected as a group to SK.

Even more irritating to the North is China allowing the 13 to leave, legally, from China.

I suppose the missile test was compensation, and it was a bust.

I wouldn’t want to be a member of that rocket team right now…
