Ok, but what I’m saying is that execution of homosexuals and rape laws under Sharia are not going anywhere in Britain. This stuff (and I believe almost all criminal law, but I’m not sure) lies outside the jurisdiction or arbitration courts.

SanFranZ should be here. She gave a bunch of examples of Sharia laws the other day, which IIRC mostly regulated food and ceremonial stuff. If you press me on this, I might go look for the thread.
