The Falcons still own his rights. Arthur Blank (their owner) still has a soft spot for Vick (google the Atlanta Journal Constitution) Blank has Goodells ear and will lobby for Vick to be re0instated. The Falcons will take a minimal offer (late round draft pick) for his rights.
