Imagine MSNBC having a liberal pundit attacking Abbott over his trans bathroom policy when Harvey hit though to be fair that’s sort of relevant given that Abbott did call a special session for the bathrooms and did not for the hurricane.

One thing I would have liked to see the feds do with Harvey aid for Texas is make it contingent on Texas dipping into its own rainy day fund to a reasonable extent.
