What is amazing to me about all of this is how it shows the Right wing suddenly feels that it’s gloves off for anyone who wasn’t a “conservative” - even dead presidents who are revered by the nation.

Remember them booing FDR’s name during the latest “protest” in DC about health care reform?

You wouldn’t get that a few years ago. You might have had some Conservatives grumbling a bit at the mentioned names and saying something about how such and such policy was a bad idea, or whatever, but you didn’t have them showing complete lack of respect for FDR or JFK. Now it appears that this has changed as well and anyone who wasn’t a “conservative” was just a “traitor”.

It’s complete and utter insanity.

But we know this already because, as I stated the other day, their political rallying cry has become “kill the other side” - AKA “lock and load”.

Truly batshit crazy.

When I found out that the right-wing fringe is trashing Lincoln, I got worried.
