Sherrod lost her job. I don’t think it’s illegal to say nasty things about someone. I’d go after Rush’s money more directly, rather than keeping the lawyers he has on retainer busy. Call more of his advertisers. Get radio stations to drop his show.

Its defamation if its false. At the moment, he’s calling her a slut based on his opinion that women who use birth control are sluts, which is highly offensive but not actionable.
