Why would the right support no bid contacts, just curious after seeing the abuses in Iraq ?

No bid contracts, as I said before, have perfectly legitimate uses. Think of a combination of these factors: Limited number of companies with the technical ability to do the job; limited number of companies with security clearance to do the job; and time is of the essence.
