Question for my cooking peeps. Do you think Spicy Szechuan Asparagus would work instead of green beans? I have the former but not the latter.
Sounds pretty good. Today I am going to try my luck with a full size roasted duck. The first one I have tried. Looks like a 3-hour roasting, frequent turnovers in the oven.
