Since this is a cyclinb thread - I currently ride a hybrid and I’m thinking of upgrading to a road bike. I test rode a couple recently and liked them. But I think what I might really want is a high performance hybrid - I guess that’s a hybrid with thinner tires and a lighter frame.

Anyone have any experience with this type of hybrid?
