PJ Media’s Bryan Preston says:

Constrained means “to force by imposed structure, restriction or limitation.”

Um, no. My dictionary has the primary definition of “constrained” as:

severely restrict the scope, extent, or activity of: agricultural development is considerably constrained by climate | we can constrain data access.

And that’s exactly what the Constitution does.
