That’s an I idea that’ll work and have thought about.

Vote electronically.
Print receipt.
Voter reviews the ballot.
The then submits the ballot.

The account style rules I posted above would still be used.

The printed receipts would be retained to compare to the electronic record and for use in recounts.

The other huge piece to the whole vote integrity thing is legal voters and one person one vote. That’s where proof of citizen ship, photo ID etc come in.

Sounds about right to me, and just for good measure we should make voter/election fraud a hanging offense.
