Hmmm, I still think he’s missing the point. Much of the opposition to ObamaBush is based on fantasies and lies. ConservativesLiberals have feasted on conspiracy theories and bad information to the point where they no longer understand what’s going on in the real world. They are frightened beyond reason and are becoming increasingly influenced by racists and cults like the Birch SocietyCode Pink. I think the real conservativeliberal solution to the problem to not to look outward but accept personal responsibility for what conservativesliberals have done to themselves.

You are mostly correct with your observation. But, it is hardly a rarity. I hope the right can resist the temptation to fall into that trap. Unlike you and many others on this blog, I do feel the conservatives are still grounded. You are just hearing the loudest voices right now…The slumbering right has awoken and that is bad news for the Democrats. I have not seen this much motivation since the Reagan days. The fire in the belly resides with the right now…not the left. They are playing defense.
