Bush may look sane compared to his successors in the GOP but we should never forget about the many fuck ups that administration made and don’t let the people who still blame Jimmy Carter for stuff cry to you about BLAMING BUSH. Fact is Bush inherited an economy in good shape and managed to fuck it up due to a stupid obsession with the idea that tax cuts and a massive military buildup was said fiscal policy.

9/11 prevented the main policy goal of W’s first term, which was to have been the privatization of social security.
