wouldn’t be shocked to see the Dems not only add SCOTUS seats but build additional federal judiciary circuits to help deal with the backlog and expand the judiciary bench holders to counter three years of federalist packing. Then go after the least qualified jurists that Mitch put into play and recall those that are laughably unqualified.
