we by spinach in a large bag.
last week i froze a bunch of 4 oz bags to see if it would last longertook one out today
dumped it into a bowl, covered in rice and vegetables.
zapped it and started to eatwow, this turned horrible in just a week. how did it get so…what is this?
not rancid, not sour or acrid. just blech.
i kept trying to eat it.mrsdm: is this spinach from that bag on the counter?

i totally forgot i froze one ounce of basil too (in a separate bag)
i thought all green bags were created equal.i did not finish it - i couldnt.
i will not make that mistake again.
now i have this atrocious taste in my mouth that will not quit…
Grab a bit of toast, slice of mozzarella and tomato and pretend you just ate a Marguerite pizza ;)
