Rick Leventhal on FOX is reporting that a nuclear power plant on the Delaware River is running at diminished capacity because ice in the river is affecting the cooling systems.

Huh?

They can’t run hot because the ice stops them from sucking enough water through the cooling towers. A coal plant in its place would likely be affected the same way.
