Which is DUMB. Gaining much of the black vote would be an uphill row to hoe, but a healthy chunk of the Latino vote is available to the GOP if they go after it cleverly.

Bush, I think, understood that, by virtue of his region and background. Somehow, no one was listening, and he never seemed to find a good platform to talk about it.
