I can remember growing up in Western PA, a man made enough at the mill to buy a house, car and provide a college education for his kids. A spouse didn’t have to work. The mill provided free health and life insurance.

My dad was a steel mill worker in Gary, Indiana and that was how I remember growing up.

Those jobs are gone and they are not going to come back no matter how much Trump cuts taxes or guts regulations.
