I don’t want to see Olbermann punished. Hopefully he’s on air Monday night to continue what he does: Show his open hatred for more than half the country. He’s being paid $millions to do this five nights a week. …and MSNBC does exactly what to try to get out of the ratings basement? He invites conservatives/Republicans on to debate him - ummm, never. Most lefties at least try at times to hide their contempt for Americans, but Olbermann gleefully takes the mask off. Stupid voters. Keep Olbermann on air. He reminds us what the rest (NBC/CBS/ABC/Democrat party) are saying when they’re off camera.

It’s a niche audience. Advertisers like it and MSNBC has every right in the world to after it for those ad dollars, such as they are. It’s not as though Olbermann’s biases are a secret. He has no pretense of being fair and balanced, though he is no worse than certain folks who do.
