I heard on the radio yesterday that more than 50% of hispanic girls in this country become pregnant while still teenagers. While that would, therefore, include 18 and 19 year olds that are technically adults, this is very disturbing.

Perhaps their families don’t encourage their daughters to take hormones to prevent pregnancy, and are willing to help raise children, despite their low income.
