I talked to a local brewer who buys hops futures and said there is a world wide shortage. Can you imagine such a thing?

There was a glut a few years back so growing acreage was reduced. There was a big warehouse fire in Washington that destroyed a lot of the supply….then craft brews became more popular…then the big breweries actually started brewing w/hops

it just snowballs
