Chuck reported more than a week ago that Reps. Renee Elmers and Kevin McCarthy would both resign their posts. Neither one has.

He still insists that Michael Brown was a murderer, despite the complete lack of evidence.

Quite honestly, if this case does go to court, he and his lawyer have opened up so many lines of attack by defendants that he’ll be sorry he ever filed the complaint in the first place.
