1. How do you add a video to a comment?

If it’s a youtube video, then just post the link, and it’ll show up as a little expandable “youtube video” symbol. If not, then you’ll just have to link to it like anything else.

2. How do you send items to Charles for the purposes of starting a new thread?

You can use the little “contact” option, in green at the upper left of your window. Or just post it as a spinoff link, or as a comment, and see if he takes an interest.
