Why are we limiting to persons from earth? I move our extraterrestrail brethren should be included, Vulcans, etc., maybe not Klingons.

Not having a tv, I have forgotten the Star Trek lingo to refer to the universe.

including the Vulcans but maybe not Kingons;
Good will to most persons unless otherwise indicated in clause A;
