Didn’t you get the memo? Obama won! Now he can do whatever he likes and we’re not allowed to bitch about it, let alone have orur representatives actually represent us and vote his shit down. So now he wants to play mix and match with the auto industry. Well, that should keep him busy enough that he doesn’t tackle Socializing medicine, or implement hars new gun control laws. I’m very much afraid that is the best that we can do in an Obama Administration. The Republicans (especially in the house) should just vote “present” unless the bill is too egriegous or there is a chance of defeating the bill.

The Democrats wanted the power. Make them shoulder the responsability for their actions.

Fine. Obama is breaking the automakers and the auto industry. He owns it. Literally and figuratively. Bush may have extended them a lifeline (which I argued was wrong), but Obama is throwing them an anvil with his heavy handed tactics.
