Sushi is ok, but buying it in Japan spoiled it for me buying it here in the US. Sorry, but the local stuff is just not up to snuff.

Last night I had some Coho, wild caught too. Generally lots of the fish in the local markets is not that good - even though San Diego is a port town. The fishing fleets just aren’t based here anymore, and the “fresh” fish is mostly frozen, farm raised (usually Canada).

I can’t eat farmed raised fish.
Bleh!
