Local tales of anti-Israel propaganda:

Driving home tonight, I passed the nearby Episcopalian Church and was pleased - if astonished - to see a group of people standing on the sidewalk waving about half a dozen Israeli flags. I turned the car around and drove up to talk to them.

Turns out the church has a featured speaker tonight, one Mark Braverman, a person associated with a group called “Sabeel”, which is apparently a Christian Palestinian “liberation theology” front for defaming the State of Israel.

I got a flier and the card of the editor of the Baltimore Jewish Times, which is sponsoring the counter-demonstration. I also told them that I blog here on LGF, and that I would be writing a longish post about this once I’ve done my research.
