James, ( congratulations on the final, btw)…
States like CA and NY break a cardinal rule of economics. They live above their means.
And now they’re handing out IOUs.
They’re a step behind Greece.

I think there was comment made about tolerance at some point? Or is it OK to point and laugh if it’s a blue coastal state?
