And that’s probably because the surrounding areas have looser gun laws; I imagine it isn’t all that hard to smuggle restricted weapons into the city limits. If we want effective gun control legislation it must be strict, uniform and national. It’s beyond time to revisit the 2nd Amendment.

I am sure Lawhawk will back me up on this but a lot of gun violence in New York, D.C, Baltimore, and other major Eastern cities. A lot o those guns come through Virginia which has lax laws.
