What’s Mexico’s health care like? Do they have national health insurance? I know Mexico is a top spot for US retirees to live.

My wife was visiting Mexico several years ago, and broke a filling in a tooth.

She went to a Mexican dentist who fixed that and a couple other fillings. The charge was $20.

Mexico instituted universal health care in 2012.
